  My partner and I have recently gotten a rental with our property manager being Brittany Butterworth.
  As a young couple who don’t quite understand all of the real estate side of things, we are so thankful to have Brittany as she has been so understanding, patient and beautifully kind to us.
  The way she has handled our property matters and always responding to any inquiry or concern promptly is amazing.
  If you can get a property through Brittany, you will not regret it!

  Tamika is a very professional person to deal with.
  She is very organised and takes care of the property bills and inspections without me having to chase it up .My property was previously rented through Harcourts Rosny park and it was a mission to get in touch with the agent.Since I have moved to Ray white , I haven’t looked back ….the best decision.
  Would highly recommend to family and friends.

  Melanie and her team, by far, have been the best agency I have ever leased with over the last 2 decades! She made relocating to Tassie such a smooth process for me. She has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions. Highest recommendation to both owners and tenants!!!

  I recently finished renting through Ray White. Shelley and Bec at Ray White were the most easy and approachable property managers I have had. They are very flexible and approachable and have made my transition from renting and into buying my own home much easier than I thought possible! I never felt as though I would be left without accommodation as my house took longer than expected, of which they were very accommodating of.

  Joe knows the local market. When I was ready to sell, he knew exactly what I wanted to achieve and offered a timely and comprehensive advertising campaign backed by Ray White’s data base and expertise. With great photography and exposure on real estate websites, my property quickly sold. Joe kept me up-to-date with regular phone contact and emails on the weekly inspections and open houses. I always felt confident having him as the face of the sale. I would recommend Joe to help you sell your house and would use him again.

  Ray White Hobart Cares for My Property as if it were there own!
  I can not speak highly enough of the Ray White Hobart team! My property agent, Tanya Smith has been incredible since day 1.
  
  Tanya has faced the challenge of a tenant vacating prior to the lease expiring with an optimistic and positive outlook. Furthermore, the property was not in a state to re-let so Tanya jumped on the front foot and sources the best quotes available for minor work to be undertaken which has since increased the rent $50/week!
  
  Tanya is super prompt and most importantly, a wonderful communicator!
  
  I could not recommend Tanya and the team more! It's a no brainer.

  Super helpful and professional
  Tanya and the team did a great job in leasing and managing our property. They provided regular reports and always followed up on requests from us or the tenants, which meant that any issues were dealt with quickly to the satisfaction of all parties. They successfully re-let the property when the initial tenant moved out and their selection process was rigorous and fair. I highly recommend Tanya and the team.
