  We are now 7 weeks on after my first inquiry. Needed bumper repaired. Got a quote. Agreed on what work needed to be done. 2 parts had to be ordered. Was given about 4-6 days until the parts should arrive. I followed up twice during this period, both times Phil sounded like he had no clue who I was or what we organized. Instead of just straight up telling me he just went along and told me to bring my car in the following week. I called up the day before and the morning of to confirm the parts were there. He said they were due in a couple of hours and to bring my car in anyways. I took the car in and was met with a confused face saying the parts had not yet arrived but to leave the car and come back in 4 hours. Bare in mind I had made contact MYSELF on 5 separate occasions which was plenty of opportunity for then to admit they had no idea who I was or what I wanted and to rectify it. Instead they string me along and waste a whole days worth of pay. The very fact I had to chase their business is woeful. After 4 hours I got a call to say the parts hadn't arrived and Phil had the audacity to blame the couriers. I gave them one last chance and asked when the parts would arrive. I was promised Wednesday. Here we are; 7 weeks on. My bumper is still broken. I am down a whole days worth of pay. And I haven't heard a thing from Talon. I wish there was an option to give this establishment a negastive score. They should have to provide free servicing until they rebuild their reputation.
